Terms of Service
Estimates & quotes
Estimates are free and provided in good faith based on the information and access available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote. If conditions discovered during work materially change the scope (for example, hidden subfloor damage), we will pause and review any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling
Project dates are scheduled by mutual agreement and may shift due to material availability, weather, or prior jobs running long. We communicate changes as early as possible.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your written estimate. Unless otherwise agreed, the quoted price is the price — material, labor, removal, and trim included, with no surprise add-ons.
Workmanship
We stand behind our installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you per the product maker's terms. Damage caused by misuse, moisture events, or normal wear is not covered by workmanship warranty.
Liability
Providence Flooring is licensed and insured in New Jersey. Our liability is limited to the value of the services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your signed estimate governs your project.
